Discussion on intelligent safety industry and risk management technology in China
Abstract
Objective: Based on the definition of intelligent safety, this paper discusses the correlation between intelligent safety industry and risk management technology. Methods: The "5+1+N" high-risk identification and evaluation index systemwas proposed by using the high-risk identification and evaluation technology based on safety cybernetics. Main content of paper: The intelligent safety industry elements are analyzed, including infrastructure, platform services, data, application scenarios, etc., and it is proposed that the intelligent safety industry should pay more attention to the intelligent problem based on the professional attribute of safety engineering in application scenarios. Combined with the application scenario of iron and steel metallurgy industry, the practice and application of this technology in theintelligent management and control of safety risks in iron and steel metallurgy industry were discussed from the dynamic risk assessment model. That is the risk point, the risk unit and the regional risk level by level aggregation. Conclusions:Risk management technology is an important technical support for the development of smart security industry, and smart safety technology and industry have broad prospects for development.
