Method: The Smart My Safety Platform (SMSP), developed by the Korea Industrial Safety Association, represents a groundbreaking solution that leverages web and mobile interfaces to implement a smart safety management process. This integrated system provides a range of essential features, including daily, periodic, and ad hoc safety inspections, collaborative partner safety management, safety education management, safety certification inspections, risk assessments, and industrial safety and health committee operations. One notable aspect of the SMSP is its ability to support companies in effectively responding to the recently enacted Serious Accidents Punishment Act in South Korea. The platform facilitates the establishment of a computerized system to ensure compliance with legal requirements, enabling companies to systematically address the specific provisions of the law.
